Rebekah and Luke were dedicated this morning at my parents' church, Grace Bible of Dallas. We promised a sucker to Rebes if she could be quiet- mostly a successful bribe. As she sat in the front pew, she picked her nose and stage whispered, "Where's the boogers?" This was during a prayer. Nice. Next, we got both kids up there and as the pastor held Luke to pray for him, she made sure everyone knew, "He's not Lukey's daddy." Awesome. All in all, tho, it was a sweet time and both kids were great!

The process of getting ready...

Yesterday we went over to Billy and Becky's to see Becky's parents and them, of course! Riley Jane was cute as ever, but a bit under the weather. Yes, that monster pic in the back is of RJ.

On the way over...

Poor Riley Jane doesn't have a chance!

Josh blessed me with an Ergo. It has been on my mind since I tried out Amanda's. Since we'll be traveling a lot, we thought it would be great to have. Luke LOVES to be snuggled like this! (funny side note- we were planning on buying the normal black model with green trim. Then, the saleswoman asked if we would be interested in the organic one. On general principle, I said no because I believe organic stuff is a huge hoax. However, the organic model was a soft awesome chocolate color, so I caved....such a sell-out)

Luke with my dad...

First things first, R's hair with the curls, better than I could do!!! Love it! Her diva look is amazing too. :)
So fun to see you all, this morning, at church. Precious time! Wish we were there.
The ballerina skirt, cracks me up when she is behind Riley.
The last picture of Luke with your dad, so cute! Oh to hold and kiss that little one.
Em, you are looking beautiful, as always. Miss you all sooo much! Oh to have some time with the Malones in my quiet house......
Great story about picking her nose...how typical is that? You guys all look so cute/pretty/manly/nice up there! When we dedicated Charlie we decided to take Ty up there too...(why???) and during the prayer Charlie vomited and Ty started saying, "Dow Dow Dow, (down,) then started whining. It was all good. It takes bravery to go up to the front of the church.
I love these pictures and stories too! I especially love Rebes' pose with the curls and her in that tu-tu!
Yay for cute nieces and nephews! :)
Those curler pictures are too cute!
That tutu will take up all of Rebekah's suitcase!
How fun to have them both dedicated together!
No way on the running shoes...LOVE THEM! Great blog update! Love you guys and have LOVED our time with you. Wish it could be all the time!
Love the pics of the curlers, hilarious!!! Luke is growing so fast. How awesome to get them dedicated together, what a great idea. Miss you guys!
Very sweet pics! Love the ergo...(and for the record...all organic is not a huge hoax...just have to be savvy with what should be organic and what really doesn't matter. :) )
